1. Purchasing process
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification and cancellation by e-mail at email@example.com
The prices for the services offered are displayed on the “Products” site.
If any errors occur during the purchase process, the user must notify the incidence by email to the account firstname.lastname@example.org
Prices are in Euros and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to impose penalties of up to six (6) weeks prior to departure due to unforeseen increases in the cost of travel or lodging, as rising fuel prices or tax increases. Any changes will be communicated at the time you perform.
Hercules Tours reserves the right to file for a period of one year customer contracts to any incidents or complaints.
2. Right of withdrawal
According to Law 3/2014 of 27 March for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of your booking. For this purpose he must return this form, duly completed, to the address: C/ Simon Bolivar 37, 3ºA, 15011 A Coruña (Spain).
3. Notice to travellers
Please be aware that Galicia has particular characteristics that may or may not affect you, including climate, food, local customs, etc.. There are different standards of living and conditions relating to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation. When purchasing the particular travel service you have selected, it is assumed that you have made all reasonable inquiries about the travel service.
4. Visas and documentation
On all trips must ensure they meet all visa requirements and health of Spain and / or Portugal. Is your responsibility to obtain and carry proper travel documents for entry into all countries proposed to be visited. Failure to provide appropriate documentation will be only responsibility of the traveler.
5. Tour information
All tour itineraries are an indication of what each group should accomplish and not a contractual obligation on the part of Hercules Tours. Hercules Tours is not responsible for any changes in the itinerary caused by political conditions, delays, mechanical failures, weather, border restrictions, sickness or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for services not met. It is a basic condition of the contracted tours that you accept this flexibility and have foreseen delays and disorders that can cause some discomfort.
6. Reservation & deposits
A deposit of 25% for all tours must be entered within 2 (two) days of the initial booking request. Due to the costs incurred by the bus booking, this deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
Important notice: this amount will not be refunded in any case (including scale cancellation) because of management administrative expenses.
7. Insurance services
To protect against cancellation charges and ensure their safety and comfort, we recommend that you take out travel insurance and medical insurance. If so desired, we can provide such insurance. Not accept responsibility for these items.
8. Unused services
In the case that you must cancel any part of the tour, once it started, no refunds will be pre-booked hotels, tours or any other service or cost.
9. Change reservation
Any changes that may be made in any of the services contracted by travelers may be subject to surcharges on fees.
10. Itinerary Changes
You can not make changes to the itinerary once travel has commenced unless confirmed by Tour organizers in accordance with the provisions listed here.
11. Hotels or other services changes
Hercules Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels listed by others of similar category. In the event of any changes in the program or at the hotel while you’re on tour, you will be informed immediately and will be booking at another hotel in the same category. The costs of the changes made by the participants on the trip or additional services requested will be covered by the participants on the trip.
Hercules transport Tours provides fully insured and licensed, and acts as liaison contracting hotels, meals or other services that are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. Acceptance of these documents, be deemed consent. In addition, Hercules Tours assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident or delay which may be caused by any act or omission of the companies, agents or persons who have been contracted to perform services. Also we can not accept responsibility for any additional costs that impact on travelers due to delays, omissions, change of route, changes in scheduling airlines, documents improperly completed by the traveler, any acts of government or authority, strikes, riots civil, political unrest, natural disasters or any act, omission or event that may happen while the passenger is not on board our vehicles.
